A big one to check out for high end, golf property with gated communities on hill-tops and bluffs with spectacular views is Maui Lani. While not in Kahului proper, many of the homes for sale are listed under Kahului. Built beginning in the 1990’s it has larger homes in the $million-dollar ranges. The first was The Greens with over 200 homes meant for first time family home buyers.
